Services can be accessed in several ways:

1. Your needs have been assessed by the local authority and Christina’s Home Care has been selected to provide your care and support.

2. You have Self-directed Support Funding and would like to purchase support.

3. You wish to make a private arrangement with ourselves directly.

Christina’s Home Care can assist you or your family through the process:

1. Contact Us using the online form, or call us to discuss.

2. We will discuss the process with you.

3. We arrange to visit you or your loved one at home, to consider and discuss their needs.

4. If you choose Christina’s Home Care to provide the assessed care and support we will develop and agree a Care Support Plan with you; then commence the service with our selected carers.

We will visit you or your loved one to understand the needs, and then develop and agree the bespoke care support plan.
